Industrial Grade, Self Smoothing Floor Topping

Level IT HD top is a cementitious self-smoothing floor topping designed for warehouse and industrial floors when rapid strength gain and durability are a high priority.  It can be pumped up to 2000sq mtrs per day with an application depth of 5mm - 15mm, providing a highly durable floor covering that is quick and cost effective to apply.

Industrial Grade, Self-smoothing Sub - Layment Floor Base

Level IT HD base is a cementitious self smoothing floor base designed for the sub-layment of floors to level undulations prior to the application of Level IT HD top.  It can be applied to depths between 5mm - 50mm per application.

Floor Repair 

Floor Repair compound is a new concept for the repair of concrete and other flooring. Floor Repair is modified low odour polyurethane concrete which has been specifically designed to produce an easy to use primer free compound with exceptional physical properties suitable for use in food environments.
 

Joint Repair
 

Joint Repair compound is a new concept for the repair of joints in concrete slabs.  It is the only repair compound which has been specifically designed to repair those annoying joints in concrete which break away at the edges and cause a real safety problem in industrial locations.  Joint Repair is a flexible yet extremely tough polyurethane which is modified with rubber.  Joint Repair has a high resin content compared to most flooring repair compounds and will wet out surrounding surfaces without the need for a primer coat.

Prime IT N

Prime IT N is a neoprene emulsion primer specially engineered to enhance adhesion between steel, epoxy and polyester floor surfaces and smoothing underlayments.  The product can be used also as a general-purpose primer for porous surfaces to promote bond and to prevent rapid drying of smoothing underlayments and adhesives.  Prime IT N is especially suitable for non-porous and absorbent surfaces such as concrete, power floated concrete, sand/cement, synthetic screeds, chipboard,hardwood, terazzo, steel, galvanised steel, damp proof membranes (DPMs), ceramic tiles, asphalt, epoxy, polyester and other adhesives residue.  Because Prime IT N is non-flammable, it can also be used over underfloor heating installations.

Level IT One  

Level IT One is a single part concrete floor leveller which contains a compound of specifically graded fillers, fin cements and polymers for smoothing and levelling internal floors with irregular substrates, prior to the application of decorative surface flooring. Level IT One has a set time of approximately 2 hours and can be laid at depths from 2mm to 50mm. It is suitable for use on all common building substrates including concrete, sand/cement screeds, flooring grade, asphalt, floors with under floor heating, and can be used over screwed and fixed boarded floors at 300mm centres.

Prime IT AR

Prime IT AR is an acrylic and water based priming and curing agent for floor toppings, renders and mortars, which provides excellent adhesive and sealing properties.  As a primer suitable for cementitious mortars or self-smoothing flooring materials, the product guarantees excellent penetration, adhesion and sealing, and can also be used as a curing agent when diluted with water in 50/50 proportions.

Level IT
 
 
Level IT floor leveller is a blend of specially graded fillers, fine cements and polymers. The product is an ultra rapid setting premium smoothing and levelling compound for internal floors with irregular surfaces, suitable as a base for the application of tiles or decorative surface flooring. Level IT has a set time of approximately 30 minutes and can be laid from 1 to 15mm. The thickness could be increased to 25mm with the addition of a 3mm aggregate. The levelling compound is suitable for use on all common building substrates including concrete, sand/cement screeds, floor graded asphalt and correctly prepared tiles. It is ideal for use on floors with under floor heating and over boarded screwed and fixed timber floors.
 
 

Feather IT

Feather IT has been formulated with exceptional properties as a scratch/reapir mortar capable of achieving from 3mm down the feather finish.  Ideal for patching ridges, uneven trowel marks and filling cracks to leave a perfectly smooth substrate prior to the installation if a floor covering.  Feather IT is protein free so can be used in biologically sensitive areas.

Level IT two
 
Level IT two Flexible Leveller is a specifically developed two part latex flexible smoothing compound, ideal for use on wooden floors where the surface demands a product with a slight flexural capacity. Level IT two can be used on all common substrates, such as concrete/sand screeds, floor graded asphalt, internal steel decks and flexible substrates such as wooden floors. It is ideal for use on floors with under floor heating and correctly prepared tiles to 5mm on its own, or by using a suitable aggregate. The product has enhanced qualities and can be laid to depths of 12mm with added aggregate.

DPM IT Two Coat

DPM IT two coat component, solvent free system that cures to create a waterproof surface membrane.  The product protects floor covering installations from the passage of residual construction moisture where humidity values are above 92% and do not exceed 98%.  It is particularly suitablr for cementitious surfaces with high levels of residualdampness or surfaces that have not been protected by an underlying moisture barrier.  DPM IT two coat should only be applied subject to a survey confirming adequate underlying ground stability and hygrometer readings in accordance with Appendix A BS8203 or BS5325.  The red pigmentation allows for uniformity of application and permits early overlaying with vinyls, carpets and resin-based products.  The product is not suitablefor floors with an underfloor heating system or over synthetic anhydrite subfloors.

DPM IT A is a damp proof membrane additive, specifically designed for use with DPM IT One coat and DPM IT two coat damp proof membranes.  The product reduces their curing times to as little as 3 hours after application and allows for the early installation of vinyls, carpets and other resin-based products in fast track building programs.
